Disclaimer
Last updated: October 2026
This disclaimer governs your use of the HUB MC website and game server. By using our services you accept this disclaimer in full. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
Not Affiliated with Mojang
HUB MC is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The official Minecraft website can be found at minecraft.net. The name "Minecraft" as well as related names, marks, emblems and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Digital Goods & In-Game Items
All items purchased through the HUB MC store are digital goods delivered inside the Minecraft server experience. They hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency between players, and provide no ownership rights. Server perks, ranks and items may change over time as the network evolves.
Fair Use & Availability
We work hard to keep the server and website online and enjoyable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates or events beyond our control. Game data, leaderboards and statistics are provided "as is" and may occasionally be reset between seasons.
User Content & Conduct
Messages sent through our contact forms, Discord server and in-game chat are the responsibility of the individuals who write them. We moderate actively, but we cannot review every message in real time. If you spot something that breaks our rules, report it to staff so it can be handled.
External Links
Our website and Discord may contain links to external sites (payment providers, social media, partners). We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party website. Always verify you are on the official HUB MC domain before entering payment details.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUB MC and its staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the server, website or store — including loss of data, items or account access caused by rule-breaking behaviour, shared accounts or chargebacks.
