What We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our website and server:

• Account data: username, email address, and your Minecraft in-game name (IGN)
• Order data: products purchased, amounts, payment method type and transaction references
• Gameplay data: statistics such as playtime, kills, coins and leaderboard scores
• Technical data: IP address and standard server logs for security and moderation

Why We Collect It

To create and secure your account, deliver purchases to the right player in-game, show leaderboards, process and verify payments, prevent fraud and cheating, and send transactional emails (verification, password reset, order updates).

We use Brevo as our email delivery provider. We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in, and every transactional email includes only what is needed.

What We Never Do

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We never store your payment credentials — payments are handled externally (eSewa/Khalti/bank/UPI) and we only see the transaction reference you submit. We never share your data except when required by law.

Retention & Cookies

Account and order data is kept while your account is active. Gameplay statistics may be retained for leaderboards. We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in — no third-party tracking cookies are used on this site.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account (subject to record-keeping requirements for payments). Contact us via Discord or the email linked to your account and we will respond within a reasonable time.
