Global Network Rules

Applies to Hub, Survival, Lifesteal, and all sub-servers.

Rule	Description	Punishment
No Hacked Clients Unfair advantages (Killaura, Fly, X-ray, Auto-clicker, etc.).	Using external software to gain an advantage over players.	Permanent Ban

No Advertising Promoting other servers, Discord links, or websites.	Keep the chat focused on HUB MC.	IP Ban
No Exploiting Abusing bugs, glitches, or "duping" items.	Report bugs to staff on Discord. Exploiting ruins the economy.	7-Day Ban
Lag Machines Intentionally creating machines to drop TPS or crash server.	Redstone clocks that overload the server tick rate.	Blacklist
IRL Trading Selling in-game items for real money.	This is strictly forbidden for all parties involved.	Permanent Ban
Staff Deception Lying to staff or impersonating a staff member.	Honesty is required during investigations.	7-Day Ban

Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

No Toxicity
Respect all players. Excessive "flaming," "ez-ing," or harassment is not tolerated.
No Hate Speech
Racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of discrimination results in an immediate ban. Zero tolerance.
No Spamming
Do not flood chat with repetitive messages, random symbols, or excessive caps.
Staff Respect
Follow staff instructions. If you disagree with a decision, appeal on Discord—do not argue in public chat.
Language
Please keep public chat in English for moderation purposes.

Hate speech or severe harassment will result in a Permanent Ban without warning.

Focus: Cooperation, Building, and Community.

No Griefing
Do not break, place, or modify blocks on any structure that is not yours.
No Stealing
Taking items from chests, furnaces, or hoppers is strictly forbidden.
Claim Respect
Do not build within 50 blocks of another player's claim without explicit permission.
Mob Protection
Do not kill other players' named mobs, pets, or farm animals.
Map Integrity
No "lava casting" or defacing the natural landscape around spawn.

Punishment Progression: 1st Offense (24h Ban + Rollback) 2nd Offense (7-Day Ban) 3rd Offense (Permanent Ban)

Focus: Combat, Strategy, and Risk. (Anarchy-Lite)

Rule	Description & Notes
Griefing & Raiding	ALLOWED. You are free to find, loot, and destroy bases. Claim your land wisely!
No Heart Farming	You may not kill "Alts" or have friends "donate" hearts by killing them repeatedly.
Combat Logging	Disconnecting during a fight to save your hearts is prohibited.
Spawn Trapping	Killing a player more than 5 times in a row while they are unable to escape/fight is forbidden.
In-Game Scams	Item-for-item scams are allowed (play at your own risk), but scams involving real money are BANNED.

Internal rules ensuring fairness for everyone.

Evidence Requirement
No player shall be banned for gameplay violations without clear Video/Screenshot proof.
Zero Abuse
Staff may not use Admin commands (/fly, /invsee, /v) to gain an advantage in Lifesteal or help friends.
Appeals Process
All banned players have the right to one appeal via the Discord server.
IP Matching
Staff will use tools to check for IP matches to strictly enforce the No Alt Account policy.

General policies regarding purchases and security.

Account Security
You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft account. We are not liable for actions taken by someone who accesses your account. "My brother did it" is not a valid excuse.
Refund Policy
All purchases (Ranks, Keys, etc.) are final. We do not offer refunds for in-game items lost due to death, server bugs (unless compensation is announced), or bans.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without staff consent will result in a permanent ban from the network and store.
