Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. One person may hold one store account; duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be removed.

You must be old enough to legally make online payments in your country, or have a parent/guardian's permission to do so.

Purchases & Virtual Goods

All items sold in the store are digital goods for use on the HUB MC Minecraft server only. They hold no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money between players.

We reserve the right to change prices, retire products or adjust perks for balance. perks described on the product page at the time of purchase are what you receive.

Delivery

Orders are delivered after our team verifies your payment. While delivery is usually within minutes, allow up to 24 hours before contacting support. Renewable items expire as stated on the product page.

Conduct

To keep the network enjoyable for everyone, the following are not permitted:

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using hacked clients/utilities
• Hate speech, harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Griefing outside game modes designed for it
• Sharing others' personal information
• Chargebacks without contacting support first
• Selling accounts or in-game items for real money

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, orders or in-game perks for serious or repeated rule violations, fraud or chargebacks, without refund.

Liability & Changes

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUB MC is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
